BBC 5:19 21st April 2009

It was a beautiful sunny day.
Adam was wearing shorts he has had since he was twelve.
A perfect day to get in the back of a red van and drive to London.First thing you have to stop off at the local garage to get fuel for the van and some rough food.

Mike went for the bacon bap option, delicious.

Before you can say "I've had three cans of strong larger", we were in London.

At the BBC near Great Portland Street.

To be on a show that has something to do with BBC Switch.

Mike was going to play guitar on "By Any Means Necessary".

So we decided he had to dye his hair red. I think it looks pretty good.

This is Grayham and Eggsy with Tom Deacon who hosts The 5:19 Show that we were going to be on.

This is all of us after the show. Check out Maggots hat, he is the king.

After the show we went and drank beer on the street just like most of the people who live in London.

Before we left there was just enough time to ram some food in our heads.
Mike went for the old classic, cheese and chips.

Eggsy decided to wait for the service to get a saturated fat burger.

Another fantastic day out with some healthy food thrown in, well the burger came with some lettuce in it anyway.
Nice!!!

Diverse Records 18th April 2009

It was Saturday and it was national Record Shop day.
So we went down to Diverse Music in Newport to help them out and play a few tunes on the turntables.

Mysti was having a great time.

Here we are with Mark and Matt.
They either work at Diverse or they hang out there a hell of a lot.

Billy wanted to look like Phil Collins.

Check out Billy with a picture of Billy.

I think Mysti might have had a few beers by now.

Nigel turned up and everything.

They even let Eggsy operate the till!!!

Check out Billy and Eggsy double teaming.

Another great day out, Newport is so nice when the sun shines.

Big up to Diverse Music, thanks for a great day out.
Don't forget to check them out online, for all your record buying needs.
Safe.

Soccer AM 18th April 2009

Adam, Mike and Maggot were going on Soccer AM. So that meant that Adam and Mike had to travel up to London the day before to meet Maggot.
Mike and Adam had a packed lunch for the train.
And before they knew it they were up in The Smoke.

They met up with the Maggot and went for a curry.

Bengal Bertie's is Maggot's favourite curry house.

Then after a brief sleep it was time to get up at stupid o'clock and go of to Soccer AM.

Mike had been dreaming about this day for a month.

If your lucky enough to have Sky you will know what this is.

Mike nearly pissed his pants when he met Gazza.

This is all the crew, Helen Chamberlain, Gazza, Max Rushden, a Soccerette, some dude off a football film and the GLC.

Adam, Mike and Maggot even got a match ball for having been on Soccer AM three times.

I have never seen Adam so happy. When he got back to Newport he had the biggest smile on his face, he is probably still smiling now.

BBC Wales Adam Walton show 12th April 2009.

Eggsy and I went to BBC Wales to talk to Adam Walton.
It was a beautiful sunny day. Adam Walton does a show every Sunday night at 10.00 PM.

And he looks like this.
But he wasn't at BBC Wales in Llandaff, he was in a studio in North Wales somewhere, so we talked to him over the phone in a 70s studio.

We had a nice chat and he played 3 tracks off our new LP "ASBO4life".

By the time we were done the sun had gone down.
Never mind it is a bank holiday!!!

Haverfordwest, Rhys and Eggsy DJ 10th April.

We set out about 7 to drive to Haverfordwest down the M4.
The sky was amazing it was like "Little Fluffy Clouds" by the Orb.

Port Talbot looks so nice when the sun is setting.

Finally we rolled into Haverfordwest.

They had made a huge poster to try and get people to come to the club.

This is Tom, he was running the night.

They had even employed some local girls to dance around and wear black tops and small skirts.
We met some of the punters in the "VIP" room upstairs.

And then these dudes put on the loudest techno I've ever heard. The first tune they played was a techno version of the music from the film Scarface.

This picture says it all.

We decided to go outside and we met some more of the punters. These guys were awesome.

We thought we should find somewhere that wasn't playing techno so we went to the Taj Mahal restaurant.

The Vindaloo was rocking.

This guy was MCing before we went on, I think he was one of the "Suggestion Boys", anyway he had a great look. I think he might have been on drugs.

Then we went on.

I have too many CDs, I must write down whats on them one day.

We had a good night out and so did this guy, he was flying.
Safe.
