Bathgate 25th March 2011

We woke up in Bathgate and decided to see what all the fuss was about.

It turned out the fuss was a car boot sale and market just outside the bus. Adam picked up an Eastenders game he had had when he was younger. Apparently he was sick on it whilst playing and the game had to be thrown out.

Mike had been up about 2 hours before and had had breakfast from Diane's.

We walked around the town and found Wetherspoons and all got some food and a pint. Mike had his second meal of the day with a J20, he loves them sugary drinks.

Greyham had the Old Rosie which is stronger than wine and will send you nuts.

Just when it was starting to send him nuts I bought him another one and he decided to down it. This is incredibly stupid and dangerous not only to Greyham's health but to our sanity as we found out later.

Some of us moved on to the Royal bar for some pub games.

By now Greyham was flying through space and time.

We nearly got thrown out for having too much fun and Greyham accidentally ripped the arse out of his 15 year old jeans.

Luckily Bathgate is a wash with charity shops, so Big G and Mystical when on the hunt for some replacement threads as we calmed the situation and tried not to upset the land lady further.
They came back with some rather nice women's combat trousers.

We also bought Greyham some nice cut offs. By this point he had lost control, he has no memory of this and the following incidents in the back lounge of the bus where he threatened several members of the band some plastic fruit.

After it had all calmed down we went to the only place left open in Bathgate that sold food.

Greham was out of it, he must have been, he bought chicken dippers from a pizza place.

Then he ripped the second pair of trousers in one day.

After a quick sleep we got up to do the gig, we were on at 1am.

Some of us were worse for wear and weren't shore where we were or what we were doing.

We got it together and got ready to bring the pain.

The show was mega fun.

We had a guest dancer who looked well razz.

2hats and Mysti really enjoyed the show and Mysti had remembered to take his tablets too so we didn't need to charge up the defibrillator.

After the gig we rammed in the left over grease in the box.

And we met Susan and Charles who had met on a dating site called Emolovers.com

Then Greyham decided the only way to shake the pain off was to get on it.
He had a few beer bongs.

Then got on the Jagermister.

Then jumped up and down and screamed for and hour and a half.

It was a great day out.

Dundee Doghouse 24th March 2011

It was that time again, time to get on the bus and go to Scotland!

We traveled over night and got there about 9am.

I went out with the second wave to get some lunch.

Then we did some light shopping, Maggot bought a new gun.

2hats looked in the wool and bong section.

Billy got a new 3D Scareface picture.

And maggot got a new look for spring/summer.

Then we had some light ales.

Back at the Doghouse the others got ready to sound check.

After sound check we were given our own bar to drink in and Eggsy was given the task of being the land lord, he knows how to sort out the troublemakers.

Mike got on the Buckfast because he claims he is a quarter Scottish and wanted to be true to his roots.

Adam had bought a bubble watch thing cause he thought the girls would like it, to be fair he is very good at blowing bubbles.

Then we went on to rock the party.

There is always a good vibe in Scotland.

At the end most of the crowd took to the stage to be with Mike.

After the gig Mysti went all red, his blood pressure is through the roof right now. He has been put on special tablets but he keeps forgetting to take them.

We met some of the clarts.

I was wearing my new hat, it cost 4 quid.

There were some very fashionable people at the gig too.

This girl had invited the whole club and all the support bands back to her place, Eggsy declined the offer.

When we got on the bus to go to the next venue about an hour later Mysti was already in bed. I think his blood pressure had dropped quite a bit. He had taken about 12 of his special tablets.

Camden Underworld 12th March 2011

Time for another day out on the scum bus.
We were doing a gig in London that was rescheduled from Christmas cause it was snowed off.

We had to stop off at Reading services so Mike could try and win a prize on his favourite machine. he once won an Ipod from one of these though he hasn't worked out how to use it yet.
He didn't win anything this time.

Vern came with us, it was his first time out of Newport for 10 years, he has only every been to London once in 87 when he went to meet Lenny Henry because he won a drawing competition when he was in school.

Rossco came too, he is into salads and wearing shirts with the top button done up.
After an epic journey we got to the Underworld.

We set up the stage with Adam's dads 80s Christmas decorations cause we were going to have Christmas in March, we were going to do 3 of the songs off our Christmas album.

Adam brought his favourite toy and stared putting it to good use.
And I was wearing my London jacket.

Greyham dressed up like Jazzy B from Soul To Soul.

And then it was time to do it!

The gig was really good, the crowd rocked.

It was great to be back on stage.

People from the crowd kept getting up on stage, there was some awesome crowd surfing going on too.

After the gig we hung out.

And met some of the safe people who came to the show.

This is Ian and Elaine, they are traveling the world and have only stopped in London to see GLC. Ian was a dentist before he quit to go traveling.

Maggot got on well with Sandra who runs a mobile vet in Essex.

I don't know who these girls are.

Vern ended up having a good night and promised he would go to London more often and said it was nothing like how it is depicted in Eastenders.

We got back on the scum bus and Billy went straight to sleep.

It took 5 hours to get back to Newport.
